The 19th annual Spring Exploration Series is beginning on Wednesday, April 5. This will be my first time participating in the program and I could not be more excited. We have an incredible line-up scheduled! Participating organizations this year are the ERC, The Peregrine Fund, National Park Service’s Hagerman Fossil Beds, Working Dogs for Conservation, Zoo Idaho, and the Idaho National Laboratory ESER program.
The Spring Exploration Series brings presenters from across the Northwest to all public and private 2nd and 3rd grade classrooms in Blaine County. The presenters deliver interactive and exciting presentations on various scientific topics ranging from force and motion to unusual fossils to plant and animal life histories. View the Presenter Schedule Flyer for more details.
Thank you to Little Black Dress Club – Wood River, Knob Hill Inn and the Limelight Hotel for generously supporting this program!
The ERC, College of Southern Idaho (CSI) and visiting presenters will once again offer complimentary free, family-friendly community presentations on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:00 PM at CSI. The first of these community presentations will be on April 19 with The Peregrine Fund. View the Spring Science Series Flyer for more details on this program.
